We do not issue refund for returned items, however exchanges can be made if product is unused.

We accept exchanges for another size or color for an items delivered to you.

Exchanges are accepted within 5 calendar days after delivery date.

After that? We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.

• Perfumes.
• Beauty Products.
• Swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or any labels have been broken.
